It Takes about 2minutes on average per boss, 4 bosses per day (5 with the bonus boss that appears randomly) and i get 100~130 Seals. It's basically free 300 Cron Stones a day for 10min. It does take a while to understand the boss mechanics though, once i got use to it, it was easier.
