I showed video of us pulling the old engine in my intro for this LS swap project. For this video, I am looking back at what work was required to removed the old engine and trans and prepare for installing a new engine.
In order to remove the engine we chose to remove the front end components to allow better access for working on the mounts and other systems for the new LS engine. We will need to get down to the engine mounts and insure that we have good fit and good clearance to the oil pan. We made sure to carefully label everything that was disconnected and removed.
