This is a Jungian art therapy exercise ( with painting /drawing ) using a fairy tale. The process allows you to see how archetypal patterns in the story elements reflect your own life through creative image making. We'll be reading The Fitcher's Bird, a story from the Grimm's Brothers, then I'll give three different art prompts that you can try and I'll do an example from one of them.

If you're interested in going deeper with Jungian art methods, you can sign up for the waitlist on my upcoming online program here: https://www.iabet.fi/jungian-art-meth...

Jungian art is an approach which focuses on exploring the psyche through creative expression and hands-on techniques. Drawing from Carl Jung's analytical psychology, it utilizes art, dreams and myths to access and integrate unconscious material facilitating personal growth and understanding.
