Under the current law(ACT ON THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN AND JUVENILES FROM SEXUAL ABUSE), young children and adolescents who are used for sex-trafficking through the application are considered voluntary sex actors and are subject to 'protective disposition' same as thief and assailant, not victims. They are not protected as victim by the system. They are investigated as a suspect so can't be assisted by a public attorney, and must complete training to reflect on their deeds.

Most children perceive this process as 'punishment'. They think they got punished, not help from the police. No matter how dangerous environment they encounter, they don't go to the police because of the psychological barrier.
