Another clip from our 2006 Blackpool holiday. Not a polished production by any means, but I was still finding my way back into filming after an absence of some 50 years. A lot better, though, than those oddballs who wave their mobiles around, dump the unedited results online, then think they've created the world's finest masterpiece!

It was sheer luck that my wife and I arrived on this particular week, especially as I love tramcars. More buses than trams, though - there was so much to see that we didn't know there was a tram shed out of sight - but plenty other attractions on that lovely sunny day to please the crowds. I hope Gary Sparrow ('Goodnight Sweetheart') doesn't see this - he despised George Formby!

I stocked up with 'Days Gone' and other model vans at only £1 each. Observe how the Jimmy Edwards lookalike moves his beer out of the way when his colleague starts to play his trombone. Safety Thirst!

Healthy criticism I can accept, but don't bother making nasty comments on ANY of my uploads - they will be blitzed before I even see them, thanks to the wonders of the steam age!
