2:18 2024 Event Report Card 2024- Overall 3.9/5 (improved from 2023 score 3.25/5)
Ease of setup: 5/5
Communication: 2/5 -requested a
different location, never got a response.
Booth location:3/5 - I wasn’t able to use any of my side walls which stinks
Social media promo: 3/5 -, many patrons said
messaging was confusing and led l them to
believe it was only 1 day
Foot traffic:3.5/5 Saturday was extremely busy & Sunday was much slower
Quantity& Quality of other vendors: 3.5/5
Bathrooms: 3/5 - only had porter johns available,
but they were clean & had a hand washing station
Booth sitters: 5/5 they made frequent rounds & brought lots of water
Safety: 4/5 (comfortable leaving product, overnight security)
Weather:3/5 -direct sun, super hot
Load out procedures: 5/5
Sales: 4/5
Email list: 4/5
Cost: 3/5 - There’s no application fee, but their booth fee
raised which was a letdown considering how disappointing the
previous show had been for several vendors. It’s
local so I had no lodging fees
Application process: 4/5 relatively simple via email & they don’t
take forever to tell you if you’re accepted
Social environment: 4/5 I had really positive interactions with
patrons & organizers. Even though they allowed pets I didn’t have anyone’s
pet defecate in my booth (happened last year)
