Today is #WorldMentalHealthDay so I thought I would chat about my personal experience with counselling. Admitting that you need help is really hard, but never underestimate the strength it takes to do that. I was really embarrassed at first, but now I recognise just how strong I was to do it even when I felt weak.
It's okay not to be okay. 💛
