Fox 10 Investigative reporter Justin Lum made a statement to a Maricopa County Superior Court Judge on why the media should be able to record Lori Vallow’s status conference.

Cameras were not allowed to film this hearing regarding the defense’s motion to prevent the broadcast of the status conference.

The judge ruled in favor of cameras but Vallow waived her appearance for the hearing that followed and was taken back to jail.
