In 1998 Rosa Rey, "Rosina", as she was known by her family, went daily to the La Coruña pier before dawn to buy the fresh conger eel they had caught from the fishermen. In his small dryer that he had on the coast of Muxía, he was in charge of preparing it to hang it in the framework of timbers so that it could dry outdoors.
