Episode #1 is the first step of my podcast journey that begins to explain the importance of connecting academic theory to training session deisgn and how that fits into a methodology. For over 30 years my passion has been player & team development in the sport of soccer. Todays podcast gives an overview of the academic theory of ecologicial dynamics and why use this theory as the foundation of my soccer coaching methodology.
