Slice peaches or nectarines and place in small bath in an oven safe container with a few pinches of brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 20 minutes at 425. Add oatmeal, slivered almonds, and milk if you desire. Bake again for 10-15 minutes; depending on what consistency you like.
