You have to understand what you're voicing.

You have to listen to what you are voicing.
If you can't hear it, how would you know you're reading it properly?

It has to come from the diaphragm. So, you won't lack air and can breath properly.

After following everything, you might want to care to check if the technician records something. Mad or disapointed just repeat the process.
