民國46年5月6日，反共義士47人搭乘四川輪抵達台灣，各界代表至基隆港碼頭歡迎。義士在碼頭休息室接受港西國小學童獻花，義士出示拾到的安全證，基隆市長謝貫一與大陸救災總會秘書長方治致詞，華僑文華報告大陸實況（原音）。

On May 6, 1957, 47 anti-communist defectors arrived in Taiwan aboard the Sichuan ship. Representatives from various sectors came to Keelung Port to welcome them. At the port lounge, the defectors were greeted with flowers presented by students from Gang-Si Elementary School. The defectors displayed the safety certificates they had found. Keelung Mayor Hsieh Kuan-yi and Secretary-General Fang Zhi of the Mainland Relief Association delivered speeches. Overseas Chinese media reported the real situation on the mainland (original audio recorded).

Korean Translation: 1957년 5월 6일, 반공 의사 47명이 쓰촨 호를 타고 대만에 도착했습니다. 여러 계층의 대표들이 지룽항에서 그들을 환영했습니다. 항구 휴게실에서 강시초등학교 학생들이 반공 의사들에게 꽃을 전해주었고, 의사들은 발견한 안전 증명서를 제시했습니다. 시에관이 지룽 시장과 팡즈 중국대륙구조위원회 비서장이 연설을 했으며, 화교 문화가 대륙의 실상을 보고했습니다 (현장 음성 기록).
