Day 3: Panchpokhari to Chhimti (via Goat’s Way)

Starting from Panchpokhari: After an early morning at the sacred Panchpokhari lakes, basking in their spiritual beauty, we begin our descent. The peaceful ambiance of these high-altitude lakes sets the tone for the day's adventure.



Exploring 100 Pokhari: Taking a detour, we explore the hidden wonder of 100 Pokhari—a cluster of serene lakes nestled in the rugged landscape. Here, time seems to stand still as you witness untouched natural beauty, perfect for quiet reflection and photography.

Goat’s Way: Our journey continues along the famous "Goat’s Way," a challenging and narrow path often used by local herders. This steep, winding trail offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and valleys, with goats and yaks grazing along the way, making it a truly immersive experience.


Yak & Local Treats: Along the route, we encounter yak herders and get the chance to try local delicacies such as yak ghee and chhurpi (dried yak cheese). These traditional snacks are perfect for keeping your energy up as you trek. Enjoy a warm cup of Sherpa tea, a special local brew, offering comfort in the chilly mountain air.

14-Hour Adventure: The day's walk is long and demanding, spanning approximately 14 hours, but the breathtaking views and cultural encounters make it worthwhile. After this thrilling adventure, we finally return to Chhimti, tired yet filled with unforgettable memories.
