Training Vlog #10-

In this training Vlog, I will take you through the whole week of training including session highlights from Monday/ Tuesday/ Wednesday & Saturday.

I am looking at making these types of logs in the future where I simply highlight my week of training and put it into one video, comment below if that is something you guys are interested in.

In this weeks Vlog I worked up to 140kg snatches on multiple sessions as well as 180 cleans.
