Today I am going to show you how to Capture the elusive Pelican Eel to get the upgrade material Pelican Eel Skin.

The Pelican Eel dwells in the entrance to the Glacier Passage. This is a location you unlock in Chapter 4. The Passage is a challenging zone, filled with puzzles and only a handful of fish species. The Pelican Eel being one of the rarest spawns. Recognizable by its typical eel-like body but with a large, pelican-like head, the eel is a daytime resident of the passage and may require a bit of patience to spot.

Approach with caution as the Pelican Eel will attack Dave if spotted. The trick is to approach it from behind and engage carefully.

The Pelican Eel isn't just useful for its monetary value or sushi-making potential, it's primarily sought after for its Pelican Eel Skins, which are a key crafting component for the Steel Net Gun. This unique tool can trap up to seven fish at a time, has a five-block range, and a magazine size of six.
