This simple dish, packed with flavor, is made with eggs, onions, tomatoes, and a blend of spices to create a comforting and satisfying meal.

Ingredients:
- Eggs
- Onions
- Tomatoes
- Green chilies
- Spices: Turmeric, Red chili powder, Garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions:
1. Start by sautéing onions and green chilies until golden brown.
2. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
3. Stir in the spices and cook for a minute.
4. Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble until fully cooked.
5. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with parathas or bread.
