The 1960s in Australia produced some wonderful and stylish Radiograms and this is one of them. Saved from poor storage the new owner soon found problems with the unit, the radio 'worked OK' but the record player didn't produce any sound at all. In this episode I check out the radio and find some curious modifications that defy reason. The record player is in a bad way too, I'll look at that in part 2.

My Digital Signal Generator:
The Signal Generator is a project kit from a local electronics magazine called Silicon Chip, there is a sister publication in the UK called Practical Electronics, it was featured in the April 2018 edition but mine has a oscilloscope function as well which I don't use. There may be a later edition in PE with that feature.
