Was called out due to an open economizer and found that 3 of the RTU's were all locked out on a high limit trip. Filters and coils were clear. Blower motors were functional. I found zero airflow at the supplies and followed the ductwork till I found some access hatches. Turns out the fusible links that hold the shutter style smoke dampers had melted due to the melt point being too low. The damper manufacture specifications called for a melt point of 212° F but the links installed melt points were 165° F. Weird.
