ABOUT MATTIAS FRUMERIE
Mattias Frumerie is Sweden’s Head of Delegation to UNFCC and leads climate diplomacy efforts.

MAttias is enthusiastically engaged in the transition to climate-smart societies globally and climate diplomacy to increase ambition in implementing the Paris Agreement, and h 20+ years' experience in working as a diplomat in the Swedish foreign service, as well as an EU advisor at the office of the Swedish Prime Minister.

Mr Frumerie has held several positions within the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, including postings in Budapest and Brussels, and has also worked as an EU advisor in the Prime Minister’s Office.
