I'm a W-2, company driver at Cheeseman LLC. When looking for the company for which you want to work, be sure to network and research.

The right carrier is all about the CHECK, not just the direct deposit.

Disclaimer: Understanding My Compensation and Referral Bonuses

Welcome to my video series where I showcase my journey as a W-2 company driver in the trucking industry. Having started truck driving school in October 2019, I've completed four full calendar years, with three of them yielding a six-figure income (W-2).

In this series, I aim to share valuable insights gained through networking and research, as the best carriers often rely on these methods rather than traditional advertising. For me, Cheeseman stands out as the best fit, but it may vary based on your location and preferences.

Cheeseman, unlike most carriers, transparently displays its entire compensation structure on their website, without requiring you to fill out an application or provide contact details upfront.

If you decide to join Cheeseman as an OTR Driver, a Regional Driver, or a Regional Plus Driver, you're eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus, paid over 9 months in increments of $400, $600, $1000, and $1000 at 2, 4, 6, and 9 months, respectively.

Additionally, if you mention me as the driver who referred you, I do receive a referral bonus. However, it's important to note that this bonus is not paid during orientation or your first load. Similar to the sign-on bonus, it's distributed over 2, 4, 6, and 9 months.

There is no incentive for misleading information. Your satisfaction matters, and Cheeseman looks beyond short-term commitments, planning for long-term partnerships with their drivers.

It's crucial to understand that I have no special connections at Cheeseman's home office. They do not influence my content, review my videos, or guide my work. While I love what I do and share my experiences, I'm here to assist with any questions that recruiters, who might not be truck drivers themselves, might not cover.

Thank you for being part of this journey, and feel free to reach out with any questions.
