Tokwa't baboy with oyster sauce

- 450 g firm tofu
- 1 big onion
- 5 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water / pork broth
- 4 tbsp oyster sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
