The tastes of the "Thailand" cuisine never fails me to go back many years ago about the beautiful experience of my very first travel in the country. What was unforgettable aside from the places we visited was also the food.

For the very first time, I introduced the cuisine to the kids. Surprisingly, they liked it.
The "Ayutthaya Soup", was really great.
While the kids, tried "Tom Kha Kai" soup. My youngest said it tasted like her favorite "Tinola". No wonder, it has a spice similar to our ginger here in the Philippines.

The "Thai Fried Chicken" was kid friendly, it has a dip but not too spicy. I was also thrilled to try the "crunchy popeye's tempura", that was a kangkong leaves, fried to achieve crispiness.

We partnered it with their "Aroi Drinks",
The "Iced Butterfly-pea Tea" and their "Thai Iced Coffee." The taste was different but not too sweet.

I tried to check how this wonderful restaurant came out. It says, "Noodle Boat" is a reference to the many food vendors in Thailand who prepare and sell lunch from boats in the canals and rivers of Thailand, giving rise to a famous and beloved dish called boat noodles, a beef and rice noodle soup with a rich, spicy broth enriched with pig’s blood.

You might want to check and visit.
