This is a video idea that I planned on doing since a year ago; well, these small station IDs from Venezuela are the things that got me more attracted to how different cities approach graphic design and animation in the first place. Many different kinds of qualities for all bumpers featured from the most cheap to professional-produced (though still, there's a "close-to-home" characteristic I often associate with these, as a country native).

And yeah, it is usual for most of these countries to cut down their GFX budget during the pass of time. Blame socialism.
