In this video we take the 2024 Chevy Blazer EV RS AWD on a nearly 1,000 mile roadtrip from south of Dallas Texas up to Western Illinois. This trip including all forms of charging from Level 1, Level 2, and DC Fast Charging using several different providers. We experienced difficulties from the beginning picking up the Blazer EV from the shipping yard to the first charging stop at Electrify America to gas vehicles "ICE'ing" chargers to so-so efficiency at highway speeds. Even though the Blazer EV drives very nicely with a quiet interior to good handling, is it worthy of being named SUV of the year? I'm not so sure.
