Hey everyone! Today I mowing, edging, and trimming a property that was neglected on purpose! The occupants are renters and the Landlord has been ignoring the repairs that are needed to keep the property safe and functional. The tenant has decided to find a new place for him and his seventeen month old son. In the mean time the lawn has been getting overgrown.
I told him I would do the lawn for free, and even though he will be moving out soon he said yes since the neighbors would be appreciative if I cleaned it up for the neighborhood.
