Jade will encourage you to read between the lines with this talk. Actress and poet Jade Anouka recently appeared on our screens as Allana in ITV’s 3-part drama TRAUMA starring Adrian Lester in February 2018. A seasoned Shakespeare performer, Jade starred in the Donmar Warehouse all-female Shakespeare Trilogy hit directed by Phyllida Lloyd. Other cherry-picked theatre credits include the title role in Hampstead’s THE PHLEBOTOMIST, Old Vic two-hander COVER MY TRACKS opposite musician Charlie Fink, Ophelia in the Globe Theatre’s production of HAMLET and MOON ON A RAINBOW SHAWL at the National Theatre. As a poet Jade has performed regularly around London including at the Southbank Centre, Richmix and the Roundhouse. Her first collection of poems was published by Poetry Space and titled EGGS ON TOAST.
