About this video - Today I have shared the recipe of Jalebi. Jalebi is the traditional Indian sweet. We can make it on many festivals, We can also offer it to Shree Thakurji as Ansakhdi Samagri on Shree Gusaiji Utsav, Janmashtami, Annakut, Patotsav and many other utsav. Ingredients - (સામગ્રી)

For Prepare - 35-40 Jalebi ( ૩૫-૪૦ નંગ જલેબી બનાવવા માટે)

For Prepare the batter (ખીરું બનાવવા માટે)

1 Cup Maida/Refined Flour (મેંદો)
2 tbsp Besan/Chickpea Flour (ચણાનો લોટ)
1/2 Cup Sour Curd (ખાટું દહીં)
As required Water (પાણી)

For Prepare the sugar syrup (ચાસણી બનાવવા માટે)
1 1/2 Cup Sugar (ખાંડ)
3/4 Cup Water (પાણી/જળ)
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder (ઈલાયચી પાવડર)
25-30 Saffron Strands (કેસરનાં તાંતણા)
1 tsp Lemon Juice (લીંબુનો રસ)

As required Ghee (For Fry the jalebi) (તળવા માટે જરૂર મુજબ ઘી)
