Ingredients:

A delicious Durban Fish Curry ❤️


100 to 125ml of Oil (coconut nut oil or olive oil if you are following Never Hungry recipes)
1 tsp of Mustard seeds
Half a tsp of Methi seeds
2 large sliced Onions
Curry Leaves
4 Green Chilies ( 1 to be liquized)
2 -4 Cloves of diced Garlic ( approx 1-2tsp)
2 tsp of Roasted Coriander / Dhania Powder
2 tsp of Turmeric
2 tsp of Cumin / Jeera Powder
5 tbs of Nagiahs Everday Masala
2 tbs of Kashmeri Chili Powder
7 to 8 medium sized Tomatoes (Liquidize with a little and 1 green chili )
2 tsp of Sugar
Tamarind Water ( I used 2 tbs & approx 350-400ml of water) Use according to your preferred taste.
1kg of Salmon or preferred fish
9 to 10 Baby Brinjal
5 to 6 Garlic Cloves ( optional)
Salt
Coriander / Dhania
