Nutty Moss Pudding | നട്ടി മൊസ് പുഡ്ഡിംഗ്

This is a simple yet very tasty pudding with biscuit layer as base and a creamy layer in tge centre and topped with caramelised nuts !

Ingredients
Base:
Arrowroot biscuits 100 g
Butter 50 g

Praline:
Sugar 1/3 c
Cashew Nuts 1/4 c

Moss pudding layer:
Milk 1 1/2 c
Condensed milk 3/4 c
Sugar 1 tbsp
China grass 5 g
Water 1 c
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
