UPJoe and I are in Bern today. This time I didn’t miss the trip 😀, but because I knew I’d be away I put my bucket on the table and just filled it with anything I could see. Reforms, pasted chalk (not fully dry 🤦‍♀️), fresh OK /KO blocks. And then when it came to the end I didn’t want it to finish so I just started adding blocks. This was my first proper crush of the new delivery of the OK/KO blocks so I couldn’t resist 😋😋😋. The texture is soooo crispy and lovely. Even when it’s firm it’s nice to crush. I couldn’t get enough. I feel like if the block is GREAT I call it KO (knock out) chalk but if it’s not so great and it’s just ok, then it’s OK chalk 😅💕. Truly does not matter because it’s always pretty good, i dont even know why i bother. Cant end this analysis without saying how grateful i am to have the privilege to crush as much as i want when i want. All glory and thanks to God, i do not take it for granted 💕💕

Now, What i really want to talk about today is how some are giving ​⁠​⁠‪@ChantillySays‬ such a hard time for making a living. Like seriously? Leave her all the way alone. When she is dropping mass crushes and beautiful vidoes for years on end no one says anything, we just enjoy and plod along. But when times get a little tougher to make ends meet and shes not even asking anyone for a handout - shes actually producing value by selling reforms and reselling branded chalk - then we complain? Really? Just please remember that anyone, and i mean anyone, can find themselves in any situation within the blink of an eye. That is the literal definition of life and adulthood. No one is better or smarter than the other, it is just by God’s grace that we are able to manage life’s difficult moments.

What matters is that we do not stay down when life kicks us down. Like Chantilly, we stand up on our two feet and make the most of what we have. Do you know what it takes to build a community of more than 60,00 subscribers plus thousands of followers on other platforms? Do you know the investment it takes to get there? So what if she now wants to reap the benefit of that by putting some stuff on sale? If her audience cherish her enough to buy her products at whatever price in a free market then what is it to you? Have you finished raising an uproar over the more overpriced things on earth - like a hermes bag or patek watch - before turning to poor Chantily’s chalk? Seriously? Im just taken aback by how nastily creators are treated in this community sometimes, often by other creators.

All this to say - let creators be free to commercialize how they want. If you want to respectfully disagree on price then thats fine, it is your right, but do not attack the person behind the account. And above all, cast your mind to the years and years that person was there for you. How many nights i’ve fallen peacefully asleep thanks to ​⁠​⁠‪@ChantillySays‬ videos 😍💕. Thank you for everything you have done dear Chantilly and sending you love and hugs in this trying moment. All will be well 💕💕
