After an obvious imbalance in injector performance in a leak off test, bad fuel economy and excess smoke the injector #2 was changed with a reconditioned unit. The replacement injector was coded to the Ecu before test drive and follow up leak off test(that was curious in itself). Economy has greatly improved, smoke is all but gone and idle is fine. Engine still hesitant between 1600-2000rpm while feathering throttle so will look into replacing MAF. Clutch and intake manifold will be done in near future as DMF noise and clutch position and swirl flaps deleted but suspect gunged up intake after cleaning Egr and Throttle body
