Ichiran has long been one of my favorite ramen places every time I go to Japan or Hong Kong. I usually end up eating there at least 2-3 times during each trip! Once I found out there were branches of this amazing slice of heaven in New York City I knew I had to go!
The Platinum Colon and I paid a visit to the location just north of Times Square to see if it is just as good (or even better) than it is in Japan. Is this a must-try restaurant? Does it live up to the legendary reputation of the Japanese brand? Tune in and find out!
