These adorable earrings started with a simple oval ring of fine silver wire, that I fused, shaped, and hammered. Then I took extra lengths of fine silver wire and wrapped them around the oval frames, to add a decorative element to support the flashy ethiopian opal beads!

To finish them off, I added more opal beads, accented with tiny sterling beads, as dangles on the bottoms!

These opals flash with predominately green and red fire, with some orange and yellow.

The whole earrings measure right at 2 inches long, from the top of the earwires, to the bottom of the dangles. They are 3/4 inches wide at their widest.

These earrings are perfect for every day wear, or to spice up an evening outfit!
