This is Alfred's favorite childhood meal - Bakso Lohoa! Easy to make for your entire family!

Chicken/ pork (with fats): 200 gram
Shrimp: 200 gram
Carrot: 1/2
Vermicelli: 75 gram
Wood ear mushrooms
Coriander leaves
Tapioca starch: 2 tbsp (35 gram)
Garlic: 4 cloves
Salt: 1 tbsp (mix), 1 tbsp (broth)
Sugar: 2 tbsp (mix), 1/2 tbsp (broth)
Ground pepper: 1 tsp (mix), 1 tsp (broth)
Sesame oil: 1 tbsp
Fish sauce: 1 tbsp (mix), 1 tbsp (broth)
Egg: 1
Chicken broth: 1 ltr
Spring onions

Wortel: 1/2 batang
Soun: 75 gram
Jamur kuping
Daun ketumbar
Sagu: 2 sdm (35 gram)
Bawang putih: 4 siung
Garam: 1 sdm (adonan), 1 sdm (kuah)
Gula: 2 sdm (adonan), 1/2 sdm (kuah)
Lada: 1 sdt (adonan), 1 sdt (kuah)
Minyak wijen: 1 sdm
Kecap ikan: 1 sdm (adonan), 1 sdm (kuah)
Telor: 1 butir
Kaldu ayam: 1 liter
Daun bawang
