Hi YouTubers!
Here is my most recent 45 min apartment friendly workout! You don't ever have to jump unless you want too! Sometimes when you are working out at home it's hard to find workouts that aren't going to bug your neighbours.
If you are ready to roll into this workout just make sure you have the following things:
A set light to medium weight Dumbbells (or soup cans will work)
A hand towel
A Yoga Mat
Optional things to bring are:
A BOSU
A Stability Ball
Resistance Bands
Follow along with this 40 min workout and 3-5ish min stretch. If you are limited for time and want a quick and effective workout you can do at home (or at the gym) try this one! Who doesn't want to be done their workout in less than an hour?
