Throughout this time, you’ve continuously shared how our flavourful stories have added more joy to your own experiences. Now, from this moment onwards, a new and beautiful chapter of our friendship and culinary journey is about to begin. The time has come for us to finally break the silence on your most requested feature. So, why keep you waiting any longer?

Starting today, we are excited to share a brand-new experience with you, where our flavours become a part of your home. We proudly introduce to you My Digital Cookbook — a new YouTube channel dedicated entirely to recipes!

Though it took a while to fulfill this heartfelt request, I have to admit, there’s a small pang of guilt. You see, I’m so used to cooking by heart that turning these dishes into a well-organized cookbook has been no small task. Since creating just two videos a month was already a challenge, transforming my cooking style and the exact flavours into a recipe format was equally tough. But every day, you asked for a recipe book, and I often found your comments the hardest to read because I knew how much you longed for it. I’m aware that the food we create is often something you can’t find anywhere else on the internet. Through Traditional Me, you’ve seen many of my and malli's original recipes, which you were eager to try in your own kitchens, right?

That’s why I believe both you and I will feel a great sense of relief with My Digital Cookbook. I have a feeling you’re going to love it.

A lot of friends suggested creating a printed cookbook, but sending that to you overseas would be very costly, and the printing expenses would be significant. Not to mention, it would take a long time to get it done. So, after thinking through all these aspects, we realised that going digital was the best way forward. My Digital Cookbook offers the easiest and most efficient way for us to share our recipes with you directly on YouTube.

With these cookbook page videos, you’ll have the full experience of flipping through pages, accompanied by beautiful pictures. The recipes are laid out with precise measurements, cooking times, and temperatures, ensuring you can follow along accurately. Plus, each recipe will be available in your own language, allowing you to read along effortlessly. For those tricky ingredients you may not find where you live, we’ll also suggest substitutes. We’ve even adapted our traditional methods to fit modern appliances, so no matter where you are, you can recreate these dishes.

From today onwards, as part of the Traditional Me family, you’ll have access to My Digital Cookbook, where you can discover over 15 new and exciting recipes every month. Along with these recipes, you’ll uncover stories of our country’s traditions and even some delightful folk tales that will surprise and inspire you. Just like you’ve seen the dishes my brother and I, and even our grandmother, have made on the channel, now you’ll get access to even more unique and traditional recipes through this new channel.

We’ve brought in some wonderful new friends to help us with this project, ensuring each recipe page is filled with vibrant photos, turned into stunning videos, and perfected before being shared. They are just as excited as we are to hear your feedback, having walked this journey with us so far.
