Part of our new Day in the Life series, watch the first instalment featuring Craig Johnstone, a site manager at a salmon farm for Bakkafrost Scotland at the Isle of Gigha. Craig, along with his team, demonstrates the daily work life on the farm as well as the complex work required of them during harvesting season.
