For the last few years, Tennessee has been experiencing an influx of new residents. Some of that is due to the lack of a state income tax, with many people coming from high-tax states. As a result, some of the more popular cities, like Nashville and Chattanooga have started to get expensive. There are however, some cities, that still have a reasonable cost of living, while also having a low crime rate. In this video, we're uncovering nine communities in the Volunteer State that are both affordable and safe.
