A Viking boat, war horses, authentic craft, full historical immersion and an amazing landscape in this amazing Viking / Rus reenactment festival I took part of a few weeks ago. Beside meeting some amazing friends, this was also the occasion for me to row an authentic reproduction of an XI th century boat on the exact same place they sailed 1000 years ago.
