The Mystery of Jesus' Lost Years - Where Was He? | Bible Stories
The years between Jesus' birth and the beginning of his ministry around the age of 30 are shrouded in mystery. They are often referred to as his "lost years" or "silent years" because there is little written about them in the Bible. This has led to much speculation throughout history about where Jesus was and what he was doing during this time. Though the Bible does not give many details, analysis of the scriptural evidence combined with what we know of the history and culture of 1st century Judea can give us some clues.
