ময়মনসিংহ জেলার ফুলবাড়িয়া ঐতিহ্যগতভাবে আখের চিনির জন্য বিখ্যাত। দেশীয় পদ্ধতিতে হাতে তৈরি করা হয় লাল আভার এই চিনি। সেখানে বেশ কয়েকটি গ্রামের কয়েক শ ক্ষুদ্র ও প্রান্তিক কৃষক এখন ব্যস্ত সময় পার করছেন এই চিনি উৎপাদনে।

This 'laal chini' is prepared by hand in the traditional manner.
