The Shaman, similar to many hybrid classes in Vanilla was a class that had its identity split between several different playstyles, and just like other hybrids, it often boiled down to only 1 of them seeing widespread play - that being resto.
Whilst ele could work fine with enough support/ short fights and enhance could global undergeared players with windfury it often felt as though these other playstyles needed some help to push them towards real viability.
And Season of Discovery is going to bring that help that the Shaman needs... on top of actually embracing them as a full on tank.
I think Shaman has some of the most exciting runes and diverse talent choices - so I can't wait to see what people come up with when this hits live.
