There Is A Muslim Town In Manila, Philippines!! | Maharlika. In this Philippines travel vlog I was told this muslim town Maharlika in Manila, Phillipines is not safe and I should not go. So i decided to take a visit and see for myself. This muslim town is located in Upper Bicutan in the metro Manila area known as Taguig. I came to discover that this place is not as bad as they say it is. Actually the people are very kind and welcoming. Also the food is halal because it is mostly Muslim people and the chicken I tasted was yummy. People said this muslim town in Manila Philippines is not safe but I would say that is untrue.
