here are the most needed infos and settings for your adventure:

Speed 15kmh
Rope length is 75ft.
no ballast in the boat
foil should be all the way in the back for your first few rides, (foil has less easy lift to make it much more easy for you at first)
If you are left foot forward, you should ride on the left side first.
If you are right foot forward, you should ride on the right side first.
Always wear a life jacket.
Wear a helmet
