ingredients used are
3 wraps of Ewedu(jute leaves)
4 medium sized dried catfish
3/4 cup palm oil
2 cubes of seasoning
Salt to taste
2 tbs fish powder (or crayfish)
1 medium sized stockfish head
1/2 cup iru (locust beans)
1/2 cup blended scotch bonnet
tiny bits of potash (it helps it soften and helps with sliminess)
