I've constructed a junk journal from my k-cup coffee pod bpx. Since I always have a cup of coffee on my bench or in my hand - I have an abundance of coffee pod packaging! This journal is covered in fabric with a peek-a-boo hole embellishment. In this video, I construct and cover the bones of the journal, pull together two signatures and bind them into the book.

I am making this journal as a gift for a baby shower. The new mom has decorated her baby girl's nursery in grey and pink, therefore, my fabric and paper choices. I think a junk journal will be a nice way to document "life with baby". I'm not making it a journal of baby growth and medical records but trying to create a spot to record memories!
