My leisurely day at Kominka:
Daikon (Japanese radish) dishes - dried shredded Daikon, Nukazuke (Japanese pickles), miso soup, Daikon salad with oyster sauce & mayonnaise, Daikon & squid Japanese casserole, Daikon & dried baby sardines stir fry and easy pizza.
