Hi, This video will show you how to add double tap screen on off in Android phones. Double to lock screen (turn off the screen) and double to unlock the home screen (double tap to wake) . You can also double tap to turn off the screen when device is locked
There 2 option settings here.
In Lock Screen - Turn on " Double tap to wake/ turn off screen when device is locked" - This option is only work as waking up or off the screen when it's enabled. Only enabling this option will not let you double tap to lock the screen.
In Home screen - Enable " Double tap to Lock the screen" - This will help you to turn off and lock the home screen by double tapping on Home screen
Remember that these options only work when you're in a pre-installed (system) theme. Third-party theme might not have these option available..
