Certain sealed burner Wolf model DF burners are, perhaps, the most high tech burners that Wolf ever produced. There are four distinct channels whose heat ranges are dictated by a series of low flame jets (2) and orifices (2). Note: the Locktite thread sealer in this video is strictly designed to seal the threads of the center venturi/nut holding the entire assembly together. The manufacturer specifies that the aforementioned nut be tightened to a very specific torque setting (see instructions in the kit).

Also, there are typically two o-rings and two foam seals in the kit mentioned in this video. The o-rings are used to seal the bottom assembly to the bottom of the stainless steel cook surface, while the top o-ring is used to seal the top of the burner assembly away from the gases in the bottom of the burner assembly. You'll note that there are two foam gaskets in this kit. The one with the three fingers is designed to seal the inner chamber (the high heat chamber) from the outer chamber (the low heat chamber), while the other one (without the fingers) is designed to seal the top flange to the top of the stainless steel cook surface in order to prevent any liquid from entering the undercarriage of the unit.

Reference the Wolf supplied factory instructions provided with the kit.
